Who we are
(LARWHER) is a queer led organization dedicated to promoting gender inclusivity and providing comprehensive healthcare services to over 1000 LBQ GNC (Lesbian, Bisexual, Queer, and Gender Non Conforming) young individuals in five counties namely: Kisumu, Kakamega, Vihiga, Homabay, Siaya in Kenya’s western region. Founded in 2020, LARWHER recognizes the numerous challenges faced by LBQ-GNC youths in accessing healthcare that caters to their specific needs.
We are committed to establishing an extensive network of an all gender inclusive health service provision and advocacy to create a youthful and healthy community where LBQ-GNC health issues are addressed and catered for..
